Good workers, pretty welcoming and helpful especially during the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is magnificent, is familiar with good locations to go to for holidaymakers.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were there at every time. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Incredibly nice hotel and fantastic area. Surely will recommend this place!

Outstanding my stay at The Aura Ubud customer support helped me get a new room when I asked for support. The breakfast and foodstuff generally speaking was ideal. All of the workers I contacted had been exceptionally pleasant.

Stayed for two days with my wife. Beds were big enough and the space was usually clean up. The employees have been quite useful and pleasant and constantly made us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.
